Just wanted you to know, because you’ve been writing about noticing, I noticed a seriously cool wasp nest hanging in a nearly bare tree, surrounded by a few brilliant orange leaves against a dazzling blue sky. Another gift you gave me 🙂
This poem was dedicated to YOU! But I was afraid to state it because it was too “corny”. But how can I not write a line of yellow without thinking of you 🙂 So my fingers stopped short of typing in the dedication 🙂 But in my heart it was a soul dedication to my yellow friend. The one that stands tall as a tree 🙂
I love this, Elizabeth! I think you are at Allume right now…how I wish I could be with you. This is one of my favorites. Just beautiful.
